remotely, process consolidated financial reports and keep data synchronized between their properties and corporate offices.Each property exchanges information with Lodge Manager using SincManager TM. The information is consolidated and summarized for analysis and is available to owners, managers, and accounting departments. Lodge Manager has a full suite of analytical tools and reports. Lodge Manager also features AlertPoints TM, predefined business rules that are monitored in real-time that highlight problematic hotels, guests and transactions. For easy remote property management, you can use SincManager TM and Lodge Manager to push configuration changes such as rate plans, direct bill and other important data directly to each property. Lodge Services streamlines the check-in process by using idScanGuest TM. idScanGuest auto-detects and scans any state issued driver license while extracting the
guest's information and pre-populating the data directly into Lodge Services. Users can then use simple point and click selections to quickly complete the transaction with little or no
typing. To provide better security for the hotel, we display the guest's scanned photo on various screens throughout the system. For example, when making a replacement key for a guest's
room, the guest's photo is displayed for visual verification.
Lodge Services streamlines the guest's experience by using idShareGuest. idShareGuest securely syndicates guest information between sister hotels. idShareGuest brings tremendous efficiencies
to the front desk operations. Lodge Services uses idShareGuest during the check-in process to pull guest information from sister hotels.
For example, idShareGuest displays all matching guest profiles, with complete transaction history, for every previous stay at sister hotels. The guest profile can then be selected and built on the fly.
